Association Membership

Membership is conditional upon payment of annual membership fees, completion of an application form, and approval by the board. The association reserves the right to refuse membership applications or revoke membership in accordance with the association's bylaws. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Code of Conduct

Website users agree to:

• Not upload offensive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content.

Users who upload content to the website (such as spotter photos) grant the association a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content as part of the association's activities. The user represents that they own the rights to the uploaded content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

• The association is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the website.
• The association is not responsible for third-party content or external links.
• The association does not guarantee that the website will operate without interruptions or be free from errors.

Changes to Terms

The association may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed exclusively by Israeli law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website shall be adjudicated by the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
